“Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?”
We bring our own top-shelf cleaning supplies and HEPA certified equipment. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, feel free to let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your preferences!
“Which areas do you serve?”
We proudly serve the Pittsburgh and Greater Pittsburgh areas. Scheduling options may be more limited for areas further from the city, but we’re just about everywhere at this point. If you're unsure whether we cover your location, please get in touch and we'll be happy to assist you!
“How much do your services cost?”
Our pricing depends on the type of service, the size of the space, and any specific requirements. Our goal is to make luxury more accessible, though, and most services start at just $75. For a full list of services or to schedule a free in-person estimate, visit here.
“How many cleaners will be in my home during your visits?”
We’re a small, personalized company. Typically one staff member is assigned to each property, and we do our best to make sure the same member takes care of you on a regular basis. Larger or more complex properties may require larger or rotating teams.
“I work from home. Will that be an issue? Will I have to be out of the house?”
Not at all!! We are discreet and happy to work around any meetings or phone calls you need to take. Just communicate with us beforehand or upon arrival! We only ask that you don’t hire other services (painters, construction, etc.) during our scheduled visits.
“We have immune compromised people to still worry about in our home. Are you still taking proper precautions?”
Of course! Our cleaners are happy to mask-up and make you feel more comfortable during the clean. We also do regular testing on our staff during back-to-school, flu, and holiday seasons.
“Are you insured and bonded?”
Absolutely! We are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. This means you can trust that your property is protected in the incredibly rare event of any unforeseen incidents.
“What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?”
We want you to be happy! We’re a small, personable company - just a text or call away! If you're not completely satisfied with our service, please let us know within 24 hours and we'll re-address any areas of concern at no additional cost.
